Directions to UH

From Hobby Airport

  1. Follow the exit signs from airport to I-45 North
  2. Stay on I-45 North
  3. Exit Elgin-Lockwood Cullen (44a)
  4. Turn Left on Elgin at the stoplight
  5. Go under overpass, turn left at stoplight onto TX-5 Spur S
  6. Turn right onto University Drive
  7. Continue on University Drive, cross Martin Luther King Blvd
  8. Welcome Center Parking Garage and visitors booth are located on the left at Entrance 1
  9. Conference hotel is also next to the Welcome Center

From George Bush Intercontinental Airport/Houston (IAH)

  1. Head west on N Terminal Rd toward S Terminal Rd
  2. Continue onto Jetero Blvd/Will Clayton Pkwy. Continue to follow Will Clayton Pkwy
  3. Turn right onto 4th St/Eastex Freeway Service Rd
  4. Take the ramp on the left onto US-59 S
  5. Take the exit onto I-45 S toward Galveston
  6. Take exit 44B toward State Route 5 S
  7. Merge onto TX-5 Spur S
  8. Turn right onto University Drive
  9. Continue on University Drive, cross Martin Luther King Blvd
  10. Welcome Center Parking Garage and visitors booth are located on the left at Entrance 1
  11. Conference hotel is also next to the Welcome Center

Parking

Hotel guests will be able to park at the hotel garage. Parking at the Hilton University of Houston costs $20 per day. Participants who are not staying at the hotel can park at the Elgin Street Garage (closer to the sessions) or the Welcome Center Garage (closer to dinner).

Information for those who have requested parking validation coupons in advance: Guest will pull a ticket while entering the Garage. Please hold on to this ticket because it will be needed at the exit gate when guests are leaving. When leaving, guests will insert their Entry Ticket first, then when the total amount owed is displayed on the screen, guests would then insert the validation into the machine or scan the QR code to validate parking. At the Welcome Center Garage, you will have to scan the QR Code.
